    • The level of your business (budding business vs. established brand);
    • The amount of customization required within your project;
    • The level of urgency.

The primary modifier is impact. The greater your business the greater the impact and thus, the greater our responsibility. This greater responsibility usually translates into extra efforts being made to ensure a satisfying solution.

We reserve the right to reject clients

We value adding prosperity to the world. As such, we will not accept projects from brands that:

  • By virtue of their products, aim to harm others;
  • Are MLMs whose policies incentivise sign-ups rather than product consumption (there are ethical MLMs out there and those we are willing to serve);
  • Seek to use dark design principles in order to gain the upper hand.
